Pastor Chingtok Ibrahim Ishaku is a dynamic preacher, psalmist, and teacher of God’s
Word whose ministry blends profound spiritual insight with passionate worship. He is
the Lead Pastor of God Life Assembly, based in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria, and the
Visionary Leader of the Worship and Word Movement, a platform dedicated to raising
a generation of believers who live by revelation and express Christ through worship and
truth.
Born on June 14, 1983, in Zaria, Nigeria, Pastor Chingtok encountered the Lord Jesus
Christ as a young man during his university days—a transformative experience that
ignited his passion for the Word of God and intimate worship. He began his ministry
under the mentorship of Apostle Joshua Selman, serving in the early stages of what
would become a vibrant move of God in Northern Nigeria. His journey of faith and
obedience led to the birthing of God Life Assembly, a thriving community committed
to manifesting the life of God in every believer.
A gifted worship leader and songwriter, Pastor Chingtok is known for his deeply spiritual
and doctrinally sound music that has inspired believers globally. His worship projects—
including Worship Expressions, The Eternal Light, and The Whole Truth—have become
tools of revival and discipleship, drawing hearts closer to God’s presence. His ministry
through music and teaching emphasizes the revelation of Christ, the person of the
Holy Spirit, and the believer’s identity in Him.
Beyond music and teaching, Pastor Chingtok is a mentor to many young ministers,
musicians, and kingdom leaders across nations. His passion for raising men of stature in
the Word and Spirit has given rise to discipleship platforms, leadership trainings, and
ministry outreaches that continue to shape the next generation of revivalists
He is joyfully married to Pastor (Mrs.) Sarah Ishaku, a woman of wisdom and prayer, and together they are blessed with children. Pastor Chingtok’s life and ministry remain a testimony to the transforming power of intimacy with God, the beauty of true worship, and the unchanging truth of the Gospel.
